THE URANTIA BOOK: A COSMIC PERSPECTIVE

Where We Go From Here

And now our investigation changes scale. We began at the center of The Urantia Book's cosmology with Paradise. From there the story expanded outward through Havona, the superuniverses, the outer-space levels, the local universes, the constellations, the systems, and finally the inhabited worlds. We have spent this first part looking at the Cosmic architecture and asking what kind of Living System the book appears to describe.

Now the book brings us to one particular inhabited world. Urantia. Earth.

The next part of this investigation is therefore no longer primarily about the architecture of the Master Universe. Now we ask: What does The Urantia Book say happened here? We will follow its account of this world—its development, its life, its evolutionary history, its civilizations, and the events the book places within the larger cosmic structure we have just examined.

And after Urantia, the scale narrows one final time. The book moves from the story of a universe, to the story of a world, and finally to the story of a single human life. Jesus.

That gives us the path ahead: THE COSMOS

We have completed the first part. We have looked outward at the proposed architecture and found enough mathematical and functional relationships to make me want to continue. Now we turn toward Earth.

And eventually, toward the question that has been waiting at the end of this path from the beginning: Where does Jesus fit within all of this?

We will not change the method when we get there. We will continue following the relationships. We will continue looking for process and purpose beneath the story. We will continue comparing what we find with the developing framework of the Conscious Codex. And we will continue allowing the path to take us wherever the evidence leads.

We started with 12. It became: 12 — STRUCTURE
60 — MOVEMENT
7 — PROCESS And from those three simple relationships emerged a path through structure, life, experience, and consciousness that I could not have anticipated when this investigation began.

12–60–7 is no longer simply a mathematical pattern I am studying. It has become the mathematical path through which I am beginning to understand the Conscious Codex.

And now we follow that path home— to Urantia.
